About The Artist…
Growing up it wasn't hard to see that some of my hobbies weren't the same as the other girls my age. With a natural impulse to lean into whatever ignited my inner child. Always curious and constantly questioning the world I was growing into. I found myself traveling the path with an open heart & mind. Learning how to be in my body over opting into autopilot and watching the world pass, I wanted to catch the little glimmers hidden in lifes chaos that balances it. As years go on, those hobbies became passions that later turned into the blueprints of my business. All the years researching esoteric modalities and holistic healing in hopes to better myself and the ones around attribute what and how I teach today.. My craft is constantly evolving, today I call myself an Artist and a Spiritual Coach, I am a certified Reiki Master with a background in Life & Wellness Coaching . My art mirrors the work done within my coaching sessions.Intentional Terrariums
As a nature lover, getting lost among the flowers and trees has always been my favorite way to pass the days. Inspirited by our gorgeous world, my art is created with a "no carbon footprint" mentality. Holding true to that, I forage and repurpose all of the supplies used, from bones from out on the East End of Long Island. Mining my crystals from mineral deposits throughout the tristate area. To a variety of mushrooms scouted out along the trails of Sweet Briars Nature Center . Whose also been a major donator of my butterflies . I am a firm believer of "No Bug Left Behind", or in a more formal way... I use grade A2 insects only. Some friends may have lost a foot or an antenna on their travels to find a forever home, but like all of us, everyone deserve a seat at the table. I strive to help bring comfort to the uncomfortable. To challenge ourselves to ponder the things that we fear with different views & seeing the beauty in ourselves and the world around us.

All pieces being unique to the souls of the specimens used, I DO NOT charge extra for commission pieces. I take time to talk with each custom order request in detail. We cover all areas, material used, time frame needed along with the price range of your final product.

With all Intentional Terrariums being all organic matter, the only artificial material you'll come across are my little friends. A lover of Hayao Miyazaki films and his way of intergrading powerful hidden messages. Princess Mononoke holds a special place in my heart. The Tree Spirits characters has always stood out to me. They are the children of Elder Trees. Representing harmony between humans and the forest, watching over and keeping balance while protecting the souls traveling through. I see them as an acceptable exception to my rule of "all natural" making a perfect addition to my terrariums. I like to think they help the insects feel at home in their new environments.
